Mary beth Berberich, better known as MB, received the Applauz Award this quarter for her brutally honest yet highly motivational tactics. MB constantly encourages the creative team to push beyond “acceptable” and create work that will wow our clients and ourselves. MB has proven time and again that she understands creativity + intelligence = insight, striving everyday to extend our creative product beyond the traditional agency definition and find innovative solutions to every challenge.
