The Cincinnati Nature Center developed Nature Playscape, an initiative to return children to the kind of safe, unstructured outdoor play that has dwindled in age of internet and digital entertainment. At the Nature Playscape at the CNC's Rowe Woods facility, children are free to roam the nearly two-acre, enclosed site, and play in the flowing stream, climb trees and boulders, and crawl through tunnels. The Intrinzic team developed the brand identity system used throughout the Playscape's signage and external communication pieces. We salute their efforts, and hope to see a deluge of PlayScapes throughout the country.
